(Part 2, continued from earlier post)
Most impressive though was that if they did run into a snag, they found a solution and worked with someone on their team who could help; if they needed support, they asked for it; and the company provided it. Early on, I heard from Bob the owner who called me at home to tell me he personally was on the job and committed to finding a solution. Clearly he has set the right tone for this company. But I was most impressed with the folks he had on the ground. Matt who was a senior tech on the heating side of the business was very knowledgeable and could not have been more responsive. When he realized we might be delayed in getting heat, he sent someone over during the weekend with space heaters for us to use until they could get us a proper unit installed. While situations like these are inevitable as part of home ownership, they are still unfortunate and certainly an inconvenience for all when they happen. Let's be honest - no one ever wants to be without heat in the winter or AC in the summer or hot water at any time. But it's sure nice to know when the gremlins strike you have a team you can count on to work with you and who will step up and see a project through. They sure earned my business. Thanks, USS!
