Brian Y12 days agoHonestly, I would give them more stars if I could. This was a flawless experience with United Service Specialists from start to finish. Our AC died after a valiant 30 years of service to us and previous owners, so I solicited estimates for a new system from a number of companies in the area. United Service Specialists were, by far, the best. The first visit was far more informative and straight-forward than the others; the technician was trying to solve our problem and meet our needs, not up-sell us on things we didn't need (or, worse, sell us inferior equipment that wasn't actually going to work very well at a high cost, as one-who-shall-remain-nameless did). The estimate came in at a much better value, with better equipment for less cost than other estimates. And then the service from that point through installation was great. Every technician was polite, friendly, knowledgable and respectful, and the work went off without a hitch. You know how you can tell when a place is well run and treats its people well just from the positive attitude of the employees? This seems like that kind of place. We now have a modern, ultra-efficient heat pump for a very reasonable cost. If I sound super glowing, it's just because I have used other providers of HVAC services in the past, and these guys were that much better than the rest.

Stefanie L16 days agoExcellent service and experience! I called at eight in the morning because my air-conditioning was broken and by noon everything was fixed. Sam was very thorough and explained everything and Erin was so helpful getting me scheduled. Highly recommend United Service Specialists!

Andrea T21 days agoI had an AC vent/pipe leak so I called at 10am. By 11am, two technicians were here. By 11:30am, everything was working perfectly. Thank you to Sam and Braden 😀 Definitely 5 stars worthy service!
Eddie D25 days agoI have been working with United Services Specialist for now over 4 years. They are very professional and always get the job done the 1st time. I have 140 units in my building and getting things done the first time correctly is important to me. The price is better than some of the bigger companies. What I like most about USS is when I call, I don't have to wait for days to get someone to come out. Erin and Brendan gets right back to me. When you work in a building with a 140 different residents, the quick response makes a difference. 2 Thumbs up and 5STAR Service
Debra R27 days agoI highly recommend United Service Specialists for HVAC services. We called the emergency line at 7:00 on a Sunday because my AC died and by 9:30pm our house was nice and cool! Great price and customer service. I’m a lifelong customer!

Randall J30 days agoTechnicians were timely, professional, and very pleasant individuals. They dealt with some challenges of the size of my apartment and got the work done with no trouble. I am the tenant so I was here with the technicians but the owner paid for the service.
